Right now it appears like Movable Type is the top blogging platform out there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?

So — been on this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so figured I'd chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. Am UK based, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, for context.

What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I couldn't ever figure out what an e/w payout actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just guess and then be surprised. Now type the odds in first, every time, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I open most — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out returns instantly, either odds format. There's also the bigger stuff — trebles maths, lucky 15s, yankees, and that's where most people I know lose track. Have a go yourself, it's here each way bet calc and there's no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely changed how I bet were the nerdier bits. The odds-to-probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and there's the kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one is decent if I'm covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. Its layout looks very functional, let's say — zero frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it's fine although the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. There's no proper app, it's browser only — doesn't bother me just flagging it.

So yeah. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. Anyone who still does the maths on paper, give it a go — saved me a load of arguments with the bookie.

Can I simply just say what a relief to uncover somebody that truly understands what they are talking about online. You actually know how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More people ought to look at this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised you are not more popular given that you most certainly possess the gift.

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

Started this morning and finished at lunch with a small sense of having spent the time well, and a look at xanerotrust extended that satisfaction into the afternoon, content that fits naturally into the rhythm of a working day rather than demanding a dedicated reading block is increasingly the kind I prefer.
